What if I have forgotten my password?

If you remember you user ID but not your password, you can reset your password from the login screen at www.eway.com. Just click the Forgot your Password? link under the password field. Follow the instructions provided to verify your identity and you will be able to reset your password.

What if I have forgotten my User ID?

If you have forgotten your User ID, you can look it up by clicking the Forgot your User ID? link on the login screen at www.eway.com. Follow the instructions provided to verify your identity and you will be provided with your User ID. Please note that you must have an email address on file in order to look up your User ID. If you do not have an email address associated with your User ID you will need to contact Customer Care.

How do I change my password?

To change your password while logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Tools on the main navigation and select Profile from the drop down.
  2. In the Change Password section of the screen, enter your current password and click the check box next to Change My Password.
  3. Read the Password Guidelines to the right of the entry field to ensure that your new password will qualify.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  5. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click the Update Profile button to save your changes.
Can I change my security questions?

To change your security questions, you must first log in then follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Tools on the main navigation and select Profile from the drop down.
  2. In the Change Password section of the screen, click the check box next to Change My Security Questions & Answers.
  3. Select the Authentication Question and enter the answer for both question 1 and 2.
  4. Please note that your Security Answers must be between 4 to 32 characters and are case sensitive.
  5. Click the Update Profile button to save your changes.
How do I change my start page?

To change your start page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Tools on the main navigation and select Profile from the drop down.
  2. In the Shopping Preferences section of the screen, select your start page under Starting Page After Login.
  3. Click the Update Profile button to save your changes.
