Can I track my order online?

To check the status of your order go to Account Tools along the top of the screen and select Order Status in the drop-down menu. While you can check the status of your order online, we do not offer package tracking for purchases delivered by Corporate Express.

What does it mean when my order status says: Submitted, Pending or Denied?

Your order can be in one of the following states:

  • Submitted
  • Pending
  • Denied
Has my order been received?

If we have your email address on file, you will receive an email confirming the submission of your order on E-Way. You can also check the status of your order by going to Account Tools along the top of the screen and selecting Order Status in the drop-down menu. Locate the order in question on the Your Orders list. If your order has been received it will appear on this list. If you submitted an order online and you do not see it on the list please contact Customer Care for assistance.

If you submitted your order by phone or by fax please contact Customer Care to confirm receipt of your order.

How do I find my order?

If you placed your order online using E-Way, you will be able to look up your order on the Order Status page. To check the status of your order go to Account Tools along the top of the screen and select Order Status in the drop-down menu. You can sort Your Orders by using the arrows next the Order Number, Order Name, Checkout Date and Location Code column headings.

If you would like to minimize the orders displayed you can use the Filter Orders feature at the top of the Order Status page. You can choose filter by Status, Order Type, Checkout Date, Order Number, Order Name, Item Number, Billing Code or any combination thereof. Once you have selected or entered the desired criteria click the Apply Filter button. Too few options? Just click the View All Orders button to return to your default listing.

How long do you keep my order status history?

If you placed your order online using E-Way, you will be able to look up your order history using the Order Status page for x number of days. To view this page go to Account Tools along the top of the screen and select Order Status in the drop-down menu.
